How do I place an order?


You can choose any of these easy ways to order. Online: Order products from our online selection through the Products pages or the Quick Order form (if you already know the item numbers).

When will my order be shipped?


Once we receive your order, it takes about 4 business days for processing and production. Blank orders may ship more quickly. We usually ship ground from MN which takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping can be upgraded to Second or Next Day, please see the Shipping charts (Contiguous US, Offshore) for prices. Delivery to Canada: The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the Kogle Cards Shipping Charges. Please allow for additional shipping time for your order.


Can I get my company logo or a personal photo printed on my cards?


Yes, simply upload your logo and/or photo during the personalization of your greeting card or postcard. Please see the Artwork section for exact specifications on art and photos.


What are the logo and photo charges for?


Logo and photo charges are one-time charges to scan, size and store your artwork. Your logo and photo will be kept in an electronic file for easy reordering. As long as your logo or photo is the same, the charge will only be incurred once. When or if the art needs to be updated, the charges will be applied again.


What typestyle will my imprint be in?


Kogle uses Palatino upper and lower case font for personalization on all imprinted items. Other typestyle choices are available, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-333-5575 Or email us at customerservice@koglecards.com. Verses are printed in a variety of typestyles.


What if my order is wrong?


Kogle Cards works hard to ensure that every order is shipped correctly. If your order should arrive with an error, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-333-5575 or email us at customerservice@koglecards.com. and we will make every effort to correct the problem.


What is your guarantee?


We guarantee that your product will be personalized as requested and free of defects or you may replace, exchange or refund your order within 30 days. (Shipping charges are excluded.)


What are your shipping rates?


Allow for UPS ground shipping time from Minnesota unless Express Shipping is requested. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii mail parcel post; all other orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery to Canada: The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the Kogle Cards Shipping Charges. Please allow for additional shipping time for your order. Additional charges based on weight and destination will be applied for Express Shipping. Shipping charges are as follows:

Credit card required on internet orders. All major credit cards and electronic checks are accepted.

When artwork is submitted, it is assumed that it has been submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing this order, agree to hold Kogle harmless for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork, including legal fees.


Order Guidelines


Minimum order is 10 greeting cards or 100 postcards.


Non-imprint orders are scheduled to ship in 2 working days and custom imprint orders ship in 4 working days after receipt of payment and faxed proof approval (upon request).


All greeting cards are 5" X 7" and come with color coordinated envelopes. Postcards are 4 1/4" X 6".


Samples are sent upon request. See our home page for ordering samples.


Prices are based on the total quantity ordered. Postcard or greeting card quantities can be combined for the quantity discount if you phone, fax or mail in your order.


Personalized greeting card prices include black imprint inside and on the back flap of the envelope. Greeting cards are imprinted inside, below the verse.


Personalized postcard prices include black imprint on the back side of the postcard. Additional photo and logo set-up fees apply. Photo and/or logo, $25 set-up fee. For repeat orders with photo and/or logo, $10 set-up fee.


If there is more than one imprint set-up on an order, there will be an extra $15 for each additional plate used.


The layout of personalized imprint information follows the present regulation dictated by the U.S. Postal Service. To insure that your postcards meet these standards, Kogle can imprint only in the text locations shown on the sample postcard.


For Bulk Rate imprinting, send a copy of your current indicia.


What is your return policy


Open and inspect you shipment immediately. Returns will only be accepted for 30 days after receipt of order. If you are not completely satisified with our products, you may replace and return your order for a refund. Can I order a proof?


Faxed proofs are available upon request for $15 each. Production schedules accommodate one day for proof approval. Delays in approving or changes requiring additional proofs may add production time.


What is Camera Ready Art?


Logos, images or artwork sent must be: clear, sharp, line artwork, color separated, without jagged edges. Type appearing in logos, if any, should be the same quality and may need to be reset by our Art Department. We will match your font as closely as possible. We cannot accept copied / faxed artwork, shaded artwork, patterned artwork and artwork with screens. “Color separated” means artwork is sent separated out using the same number of colors that you expect the finished product to have. For example: If you would like the finished product to be two color, your artwork should be sent in two color. The PMS number or standard ink color also needs to be indicated for each color separation. “Camera Ready” refers to art and copy that is ready to be imprinted onto a product without any retouching. “Retouching” means art needs to be reworked or “cleaned up” on our computer by an artist (which would result in additional charges).


How do I send my artwork?


Artwork sent on disk or via our website is preferred. Please follow these guidelines:
Below are the programs and formats needed for artwork to be accepted on disk or via the web. NOTE: We cannot access artwork sent in any program other than the ones listed below. Sending artwork in another program will slow down the order process and could result in additional charges. Artwork must include a customer name & account number (for existing customers). Zip file or CDs are acceptable. All fonts must be outlines and listed (Ex. Name of font, if it is Bold or Italic).


PC/Macintosh

These are preferred way of receiving files:

  • Adobe Acrobat Files (PDF)
  • Adobe Illustrator CS or earlier (All fonts must be converted to outlines and saved as EPS or AI)
  • Adobe Photoshop Bitmap Image (600 DPI saved as a tiff line drawing)
